Michelle Weaver, Senior Vice President of Community Management, brings over 10 years of community management and customer service experience to the organization. As senior vice president, Michelle is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of administrators, associate managers, and the customer care team, as well as overseeing client relations, business development, and strategic management.

Michelle has been instrumental in the growth of Seabreeze x Best, and her strong leadership has allowed her to cultivate an incredible team that consistently shows its dedication to both clients and each other.

Michelle’s professional credentials include the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations. She is an active participant in the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the Social Committee in the Washington State Chapter of CAI.

Born and raised locally in Shoreline, Washington, Michelle has participated in numerous volunteering activities, including donating her time on weekends and in the summer to build community and serve the local Union Gospel Missions with her church. Michelle is currently helping teens without access to education gain the skills they need to join the workforce and acquire well-paying jobs without a college degree.
