Tyler Weaver, Senior Vice President of Community Management, brings over 15 years of community management and customer service experience to the organization. As Senior Vice President, Tyler is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Community Association Managers, educating high-level managers, overseeing client relations, and business development. He is also responsible for the strategic direction of the organization.

Tyler’s leadership and in-depth financial knowledge have shaped Seabreeze x Best, allowing him to be a trusted advisor to his team and board members. A seasoned leader and industry expert, Tyler’s breadth and depth of knowledge as well as his commitment to delivering personalized service has set him apart in the property management space.

Tyler’s professional credentials include the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and the Professional Community Association Manager PCAM® designations. He is an active participant in the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and has been a guest speaker at several events hosted by the Washington State Chapter of CAI, focusing primarily on financing and the financial health of community associations. Tyler has also been nominated for the CAI Manager of the Year award for multiple years in a row.

Born in the Pacific Northwest, Tyler grew up in the suburbs of Kirkland and holds bachelor’s degrees in biology and business finance from the University of Puget Sound.  Shortly after graduation, Tyler became a Certified Diver and worked as a Geoduck farmer before joining Best Management Company.
